The Sock Bunnies Family

These loving bunnies are delicately handcrafted collectible sock bunnies. They are all lovingly and carefully sewn entirely by hand without the use of sewing machines, therefore all of them have their own personalities and are unique in their very own way. They are designed and created for decorative purposes as collectible art pieces for children and adults alike. They all one day wish to find new homes where they would be loved and cherished.

Note- As button eyes and noses are used, these bunnies are NOT RECOMMENDED for babies or small children under 3. Although they are securely sewn on, they would not pose much of a challenge for a determined chewer :)

Bebe the Baby Bunny

Ha ha... think I am obsessed with bunnies now... Just couldn't stop making more bunnies after creating cute Pinkie. I happened to find a pair of baby socks while rummaging my little "store-house"... hmm.. a little bunny came into my mind immediately. Then I began working on it. Making Bebe was a little challenging as the socks were really small. Stitches need to be very fine otherwise it would be very untidy....I have carefully needle felted their eyes and noses. I have to work under a strong white lamp in order to see clearly ha ha...think my eyes are failing...well it comes with age anyway!! ha ha. Here she is, meet Bebe Bunny, a 6' little bunny....

Cost - SGD8.00 (excluding postage or shipping cost)

Sweet Pinkie

Happy new year folks n Gong Xi Fai Cai:)

Been hibernating n not very active lately due to hectic work n busy making cny cookies for family n friends. In December Cindy n I set up a little stall to sell our stuff. I brought out all the stuff I've sewn so far and well sales were good probably because it was bonus time n it was near christmas! Anyway I still have a few left over not because they were unwanted but because I did not stay long enough to sell them...hmm...pure excuses!!!

I started sewing again yesterday. I must say I really find it very theraputic. I wouldn't bear to stop, well too eager to reach the destined result;). However though the mind was so eager and willing, the body started to protest and sending strong signal that I should stop otherwise...... Sadly, I stopped at 12.30am and continue the task the next day. I woke up rather early this morning and continued what I have left from yesterday's sewing. Again I have to stop as I need to get to work. Good thing was : there was mot much to do except assembling the pieces together into the final product. I managed to complete this project in the evening BRAVO! Meet my new creation, Sweet Pinkie.
I will be giving her away as a farewell gift to my Colleague who will be leaving for a better future. All the best to you in your future endeavour.
